I'm Dinesh Challa — a Senior Product Manager with 7+ years building AI-powered products in regulated industries.

My career spans four distinct eras of building at the intersection of AI and real-world operations:

Era 1: Enterprise Automation (2013-2018)

I started at an enterprise logistics company (later acquired by IKEA) building rule-based automation and decision engines across 14 clients in 400+ cities. I learned that deterministic systems — rule engines, predictive alerts, SLA optimization — teach you the rigor that makes AI product management possible later.

Era 2: Field Operations Intelligence (2019-2021)

At a Chicago-based startup, I helped launch a 0-to-1 field operations platform recognized by TIME as a Best Innovation. I worked directly with enterprise customers to translate frontline operational friction into scalable product.

Era 3: AI at Enterprise Scale (2021-2023)

At a national tax services company with 6,000+ offices, I launched a hybrid AI + human-in-the-loop filing system that processed 50,000+ tax returns. I shipped an AI-powered assistant used by 10,000+ agents and learned what it means to deploy AI in a heavily regulated environment at massive scale.

Era 4: AI-Native Products (2023-Present)

As a founding team member at a YC-backed fintech, I defined the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered tax preparation from scratch. We scaled to 16,000+ users, built a multi-provider AI extraction platform with 60 analyzers across 4 providers, and achieved 4.7/5 satisfaction across 25,500+ AI-assisted interactions.
